timely Communication
I only take a select number of weddings each year to ensure all of my clients receive excellent customer service. I will respond to your emails within 48 hours, usually less if I can. I know planning your wedding is squeezed in between work and life, and I do my best to answer your questions and get you the information you need asap, including pricing.

Having photographed hundreds of weddings and elopements, I’ve seen a lot. I am known for my flexibility and timeliness on the wedding day. Clients appreciate my hands-on posing, confidence when directing giant bridal parties, and attention to detail. (I will never let you go through your day with food in your teeth)
The Goods
All weddings include your edited high-resolution digital files with print release, as well as web-sized downloads so you can easily share online. I also include a beautiful custom gallery for your wedding so you can easily view and share online. Select packages include custom wedding books.
your priorities
Before your wedding day, we spend a lot of time talking and going through every detail so I know exactly what matters most to you on your wedding day. With that in mind, I approach documenting your day with that in mind. Value candids over poses? No problem.
step one
First, reach out! I’ll check that I am available on your preferred date, and get you booked for a phone call to discuss what you envision for your wedding day. After our call, I will create a quote for photography that fits your wedding day and budget.
step two
Once you are booked, the planning begins! If an engagement session is included in your package, we schedule that, as well as discuss timing and a shotlist for your micro wedding. If you have a planner, I work closely with them to make sure that timing is perfect.
step three
After your wedding day, you will receive a preview within 48 hours, and your full gallery within 1-2 months. All of my clients have access to purchase beautiful photo prints and hand-bound wedding albums directly from their photo gallery.
The Full Wedding Experience
The Welcome Party
The story doesn’t just start on the wedding day. Capture the night before, when your closest loved ones gather to start the celebration. Whether you are hosting a dinner with speeches, or hiring a pizza oven to your backyard, the welcome dinner is sure to be full of lots of candid and authentic moments. Typically up to two hours of coverage is recommended.
The Engagement Session
There to no better way to get to know your wedding photographer than choosing to do an engagement session. During our time together, I will learn how you like to be photographed best, prompts that you do and don’t like, and how much you are in to my bad jokes. Plus, the huge bonus is a gallery of gorgeous images to use on your wedding website and saves the dates. Don’t forget the option of a guest book!
The Wedding Album
The traditional way to display and enjoy your wedding day for the rest of your life, the wedding album will be loved by generations to come. Wedding albums are having a revival moment, as more and more couples are realizing that having your images printed and held in your hand are the best way to experience the memories. Plus, they are gorgeous!
FAQ
How many images can we expect from our wedding?
Though it really depends on how many hours I will be there, and if you have a second photographer or not, on average 400-600 images.
How long after our wedding until we see the images?
You will see a sneak peek via email and social media within two days. The full gallery will be ready to view in eight weeks.
How are images delivered?
You will be able to download your high-resolution files with a print release directly from your custom online gallery.
Can we give you a list of photos to take?
Yes! It is crucial we work together to build out the perfect list of family formals for after the ceremony. By being organized in the weeks before the wedding, you will be assured that all of your loved ones will be captured. You don't have to worry about details shots, as I will always get the standards- the dress, cake, bridesmaids together, etc. Please do let me know if there are any special heirloom items, such as a handkerchief from your grandmother, that you will be carrying down the aisle.
Do we need a second shooter at our wedding?
It depends on the size of your wedding, and your expectations. Having a second shooter adds a whole other perspective and angle of your wedding day, all while allowing me to be in two places at once. I recommend a second shooter for weddings of 100 guests or larger, and especially if you would like getting ready photos of both sides of the wedding.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. I am happy to drive five hours or fly 14 hours to be there to for your celebration. Travel fees and expenses are added on to your coverage.
What is your payment schedule?
25% upon booking, and the remaining balance due 15 days before your wedding. You will have access to your invoice if you wish to pay along the way.
What happens if our wedding is cancelled/date moved?
If the unfortunate case that you have to move or cancel your wedding, the 25% retainer is non-refundable. If you are rescheduling your wedding date within a year of your original date, I will apply that retainer to the new date if I am available. In the case that you cancel your wedding, you are released from the remaining 75% balance.
